Final picture from my camel shoot. I edited toast earrings on the model, god knows why but it was a perfect idea at the time because of my crazy mind. These aren't clothes I would usually style on myself but the model suited the clothing displayed. The colour camel is one of my favourites at the minute along with burgundy also camel coats are so in right now grab one before it gets warmer!

L'Oreal Advert

This is Maddie Newell on the left, a good friend of mine. My advertisement is for L'Oreal advertising their hairspray to prove that it has got strong hold that everyone needs. The hairstyle presented on the right is from Thom Browne’s fashion show in New York fashion week which brought me to my idea for my shoot. Thom Browne let his models loose on the catwalk with this amazing coned braided hairstyle that we have seen similar before. His inspiration can come from a lot of things, if you look at Pippi Longstocking and also, an illustration by Natalie hall who did the general Capricorn horoscope, which gave me the idea to name my look "Capricorn Chic". For the perfect portrait, Thom framed the ram-like hairstyle with topless boater hats by master milliner Stephen Jones. Jimmy Paul the hairstylist for Thom Browne who created the gothic spires, he explains “The set is a playground or schoolhouse upside-down on the ceiling” this illusion reminds us all from our childhood dangling from the monkey bars and I bet it sure gave the audience a smile for great times.
