Camel test shoot with the lovely Chloe porter. Styling is amazing when it comes to shooting with different lighting such as the beauty box which brings out Chloe's great glowing skin and snoot to give it a darker and mysterious feel to it. The final piece will result with more variety of props and camel colour heels to give the model a taller look.

Studio

I haven't updated my blog in a while, I need to also make another YouTube vid ASAP but once again I have misplaced my camera charger. This is me in the studio, where I lose myself and feel like a better version of myself I missed this so much over the summer thank goodness I am back in southampton! I was doing a shoot about Kate Moss' heroin chic and cocaine sandal from the 1980's-1990's. 

I learnt so much about Kate and how she hates being interviewed "Never complain, Never explain". Even with her cocaine scandal she never talked about it to anyone because she didn't think she had to explain herself to anyone and I love that about her.

Oh Goodness My Guinness

Visited the Guinness factory in Dublin which is only an hour drive away from where I live. I love combining my dress as a tee by tucking it into my trousers, it enables me with options if I tuck it in properly with no lumps and bumps around my jeans, believe me it is a task and a half. Ripped jeans are always my number one and I finally picked up the courage to spend 40 odd quid on a pair of MOTO jeans. The mustardy wool shirt is from my all time favourite vintage shop in Southampton, the quirks and perks of vintage right there folks. I thought these top shop shoes where never going to break in; but if I'm totally honest, after bleeding my ankles off walking around Paris in them, the miracle happened and boy was it worth it. They're now my favourite shoes. Fashion is really pain.

Jersey, Channel Islands

I took a trip for 5 days to Jersey, which is one of the channel Islands across from france, Incidentally they all speak english and not french, the world is confusing. Surfing, getting roasted and partying was the main focuses. I have never surfed before but I was able to sort of stand on the board? what I mean by that is I stood up for like a second and WHACK where did Gillian go. The beaches were out of this world with caves and nice white sand, things like that make me content.

I love dressing up in formal get up, you just feel so good about yourself.

My shoes were just plain black high heels they weren't showed much as I wore white sock along with them to keep me cosy but looked silly with the shoes. Although after the second vodka they were definitely showed for the giggles of the socks.

Forgot to add this look to my blog from last month so here it is in regards. This look just represents the season of spring but entering the great adventurous summer I have waiting for me. I'm not too fab at pulling long skirts off as my 5ft nothing height shows me up but I've been waiting to wear this skirt since autumn and now because of the sun I can!

Little Red

I saved this little red number just for me coming home from uni to ireland. Home is really special to me so I like to keep some things for there. I got it in Paris when Fashion week was on, so you could say it's a pretty great dress.

Magazine Archive In The Streets Of Paris

I loved this short trip to the magazine archive, although I didn't buy anything because of the expensive sentimental pricing I just looked which is one of the hardest things a woman can proceed. The apartments architecture is one of my favourites and it is something I'd love to buy for a home in the near future to write about fashion and styling clothes while looking onto the streets of paris.

Louis Vuitton Foundation

The architecture of the outside of the building was absolutely astonishing. It was a modern art museum which I am most definitely not a fan of but it's another persons joy which I respect completely. The annoying thing was the day before Kanye West performed there the day before, then two days after I went it was the Louis Vuitton fashion show, how bad luck am is that. I loved my outfit that day a mix of urban outfitters and topshop which I only can afford sometimes, the fur jacket was charity couture.

Working A Grandma Coat Can Be Done

I bought this coat from a charity shop although it is originally from Debenham's collections. I accessorised it with my own belt that I found laying in the wardrobe. I really felt like a style icon on my way to university for once, probably the cut out heeled shoes from Topshop that made me feel confident!
